You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use CodePLU. If you are under 13, access requires parental or guardian supervision where applicable.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CodePLU for personal learning, classroom use, and other lawful purposes.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform in any way that harms, disables, overloads, or disrupts service operations.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, data, or infrastructure.
- Use scraping, crawling, automation, or bulk-extraction tools without written permission (search-engine indexing of public pages is welcome).
- Republish, resell, or redistribute platform content or interactive materials as your own.
- Interfere with the advertising that supports free access to the platform.
5. User Submissions
If you send us content (for example feedback, suggestions, or corrections), you confirm you have the rights to share it, you grant us permission to use it to improve the platform, and you remain responsible for it. Do not send anything unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious.

Unless otherwise stated, platform content, interactive workflows, visuals, branding, and educational materials on CodePLU are owned by or licensed to CodePLU and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. If you believe content on CodePLU infringes your rights, contact us with details (see our Content Policy) and we will review promptly.
7. Educational Disclaimer
CodePLU content is provided for general educational purposes. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice, and should not be relied on as such. While we work hard on accuracy (see our Content Policy), we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
8. Third-Party Links and Advertising
CodePLU displays advertising served by third parties and may link to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse third-party content, products, policies, or practices, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Future Features
We may introduce optional features over time, such as user accounts, subscriptions for an ad-free experience, purchasable courses, and tools for course creators. Any such features will be governed by additional or updated terms published before launch, and payment features will be clearly identified as such. Nothing in these Terms obliges us to launch any particular feature.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
CodePLU is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodePLU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including unauthorized access to transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the site, or any other matter relating to the service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless codeplu.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.
